Guide Pricing & Bespoke Services

We charge a set day rate for the whole of Alaska which covers the cost of your driver/guide & suitable vehicle

We have our own wildlife safety kit and satellite communications

​  Additional Expenses 

• Fuel: The guest pays for fuel but no extra vehicle costs or range limits 

• Basic Accommodation: If and when required

• Kit Hire: As per guest request, such as fishing kit, safety clothing, bikes, skis, snowboards, etc

• Specialist Resources: Boats, planes & helicopter charters 

• Personal Shopping: Charged hourly for large or specific pre-visit requests, be it gifts, picnic selections, etc. We do not charge for our time when purchasing water or essential treats. We also do not charge for shopping during a chartered/paid day 

• Laundry Cleaning & Drying: $25 per load providing guide returns to Anchorage at night

• Tour Planning: We work closely with national/international tour operators to find local resources & service. We charge an hourly admin rate for securing bookings or problem solving issues with existing bookings made by other operators or individuals

Value Breakdown

• Same-class SUV hire will cost between $250 - $600/day depending on availability & season

• If long drives leave you fatigued, then having your own driver with local knowledge is a massive bonus

• Most guides charge $150 per person for a 10-hour tour with a minimum booking of 4 persons

• Such guides typically offer restrictive set tours and work to set times with little room for flexibility.

•  We offer personable flexible service and can adjust plans on the/ move
